These are not your average beef roasts- they're raised on a regenerative farms, here in Tennessee, that don't spray their fields, and are hand managed by families that put all they do into the cleanest, most delicious meat production. This meat provides excellent flavor and excellent marbling.

The Sirloin Steak Roasts are dual purpose, allowing you to cook them like a roast OR cut them into the perfect steak portions.
