Organic Sourdough Pizza Dough is made in small batches with the highest quality ingredients and organic sourdough starter.

Each order comes with enough dough to make an 14 inch thick pie, or 2 thin 12 inch pizzas. The dough comes fresh and can be kept in the fridge for several days. It’s best to let the dough come to room temp before stretching into shape. Simply add a little flour or cornmeal on the counter to help it not stick.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, filtered water, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Tip: pizza is best if cooked in a preheated pizza stone or cast iron pizza pan.
Preheat at 500 for about an hour.
- When you’re ready to bake, sprinkle a little flour or cornmeal on the counter.
- Slowly stretch your dough into your desired shape/thickness.
- Take out the stone, place the pre-streched dough on the stone, then add your toppings.
- Place in the pre-heated 500 degree oven, and turn it to broil. 
- Remove when the cheese and crust has the perfect amount of char and bubbles. 
- Give it a few minutes to cool, then serve.
