Tacos, fajitas, quesadillas! If you’ve eaten tortillas in Texas, you know. A grocery store tortilla just won’t do. These tortillas are soft, chewy, and pliable. They are great leftover, if they make it that long, just keep them in the bag so they don’t dry out, and reheat in a dry cast iron.
