Naturally fermented bread without the gluten, this bread is slowly fermented to enhance the depth and flavor of the bread. Giving it a nice golden crust and tender and moist crumb. Perfect for sandwiches.

This bread skips inferior gf blends available commercially and make them using a custom fresh milled gf flour blend.
