Enjoy our from-scratch organic Semolina Sourdough Pasta from The Farm and Fiddle. Made with sourdough starter, beautiful spring water, & organic semolina flour - this pasta comes fresh & ready to cook!
Your choice of pasta shape comes packaged beautiful 1 lb. boxes. Keep them in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze.
To cook:
• Keep the pasta in the fridge until the water boils
• bring to a rolling boil
• add salt & the pasta, swirling with a wooden spoon to avoid clumping
• cook until al dente (time listed on the box)
• strain pasta, reserving any liquid needed for sauce incorporation
• top with fresh roasted tomato sauce, pesto, or simply with garlic and olive oil. Don’t forget the meatballs!
