Italian Sweets— larger than a cherry tomato, smaller than a slicer, these heirloom tomatoes are about 3-4 oz each and are the ideal tomato for sauce making. San Marzano doesn’t grow well in our Tennessee climate, so these gorgeous tomatoes are the ideal alternative. They’re dual purpose so make your sauces or use them as slicers, you can’t go wrong.
