100% Grassfed Carne Asada

1 Pound of 100% Grass-fed & grass-finished skirt and flank and flatiron steaks, cut into slices.  

We suggest a quick marinade (an hour is fine) before throwing them on the grill or cast iron to make it the easiest fajita night! Quickly. 

Marinade Suggestion: 

- add all ingredients to a casserole dish
- 2 tbsp organic Worcestershire 
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 organic lime (can sub lemon or oj)
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Local Storehouse Small Batch Taco Blend

Add the meat and flip a few times till its coated. Put on a lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
