Sourdough Bagels
4 or 6 sourdough bagels come in each order, and are made with naturally fermented wild yeast starter only; no commercial yeast in these babies. Made with simple glyphosate-free flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil and our sourdough starter, then they take a bath in baking soda and have an egg wash prior to bake.
Sourdough Bagels are good for several days on the counter, and are best toasted after day two. Keep them covered to prevent them from drying out. For longer storage, keep them in the fridge and reheat for up to 2 weeks.
